Trust

The theme of this week was: Everything falls into place.
As humans we want to be in control and when life doesn't go the way we picture it should- we have a hard time!
We must all learn to TRUST OUR HEAVENLY FATHER. We are so much happier if we allow Him to lead us, guide us, and walk beside us and help us find the way. We are here on this Earth to learn how to lean on Him for the answers. This takes humility and that's why we have weaknesses. Instead of praying to have our situations changed... we can pray that our Heavenly Father will give us the strength to learn from it and be become better people because of it!
Just like Nephi prayed for the strength to burst the bands that His brothers tied him with!

I LOVE YOU GUYS! HAVE AN AMAZING WEEK!
STEADFAST AND IMMOVABLE IN CHRIST!
Family! Thank you for your letters.
Love,
Sister Osmond

ps: I am going on a tour of Sprecher's brewery today with Jessie Dean and the Elders in our ward!
A man in the ward works there- apparently they make great root beer and cream soda!
Good ole Wisconsin!!
photo update: This is Me and Jessie Dean at the Spreker's Brewery tour!!
We had unlimited specialty soda... while everyone else was excited about the beer samples. haha
Definitely got some funny looks from people- they were worried we were going to try and teach them right then and there!

...because it's TRUE !!

Sister Osmond, Sister Zelby & Danielle

The theme of this week has been Sacrifice.
People really think we are crazy when we say we leave our family for 18 months!
I have just been trying to enjoy the NOW. & "Right now all I have to do is..."
The other day I said, "We need one of those Easy buttons from office max!" haha!
How can something so "stinkin" hard make you so happy...?!
It's because it's TRUE! & people need to know about it.... & because this gospel has made
me so incredibly happy in my life!
Thank you for everything! Thank you for giving me the gift of the gospel in my life.
Every missionary needs to send one of these emails that says:
DAD AND MOM- YOU WERE RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING.
This world is a rough place. I don't know how they do it without the peace the gospel brings.
We're Bringing the World His Truth!!

AH! I LOVE YOU ALL. SO MUCH.
(STEADFAST AND IMMOVABLE IN CHRIST...IS RIGHT!)
Love,

Sister Osmond

Happy 4th of July

Double Happiness

Today's emailing time is super short today! ...because of 2 things:
#1. we are going mini-golfing with other missionaries.
(all those years at pirate's cove are going to pay off! haha) and
#2. Bishop Miller volunteered Sister Zebley and I to sing a duet in a Patriotic program for his work. (nursing homes! haha We aren't complaining- missionary opportunities are missionary opportunities, in any way shape or form! :)
Anyway,  it cut 2 hours out of our P-day.... oh well!
So I'll send a lot of pictures....right now..... !!!!
& read your emails!

SWING BIKE!!
The 4th! In Cedarburg. I want to live here! It's the cutest little "movie set" town.
A Swing Bike!!!! In the 4th of July parade!!!!!!!!!
We did some contacting during the parade- it was so fun!
& then: Major Blessing--- We had the PERFECT view of the fireworks from our apartment.
Sis. Zebley and I sang patriotic songs to go along with our own "stadium of fire!"
How was my family's 4th of July?! What did you do? :)

Picnic with the Hirsbrunner and Poulsen family (in the ward!) & our investigator Karissa! The lady with the dark hair and the sunglasses!! She is AMAZING! We taught her the plan of salvation last night!
